Hassabis endorses the direction of Amodei's essay and points to Google DeepMind's proposal for an industry-wide standards body. He names no government requirement, and the mechanism he actually proposes is industry-authored. The closest competing label is “Defended or excused”, the previous label; it loses because endorsing an industry standards body is not an endorsement of a federal one.
