John Eastman is an American constitutional law scholar. He is a senior fellow of the Claremont Institute and the founding director of its Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence. He was dean of Chapman University's law school from 2007 to 2010 and clerked for Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.
