Ray Bilger says he supports a War Powers Resolution on the Iran war
Raymond Allen BilgerDemocratic candidate for U.S. House in Pennsylvania's 15th district, on his campaign website
Ray Bilger, the Democratic candidate for Pennsylvania's 15th congressional district, says on his campaign website that he supports a War Powers Resolution to end U.S. military involvement in Iran. He argues the conflict was entered without a clear objective, adequate planning, or coordination with allies, and was not prompted by a direct threat to the United States.
