Jessica Neal said her son did not hurt anybody and that within 30 seconds the agent who fired decided his life was not worth it.

Relative to the agent's use of deadly force against Neal, his mother says he harmed no one and that the agent decided within 30 seconds his life was not worth it. That rejects the shooting outright, so the label is condemns rather than a challenge to a description.
