“EVERYONE says “my bill passed” even when it’s the companion, omnibus, or whatever that made it to the Governor’s desk, and no one nitpicks that.”
Relative to Talarico’s campaign credit claim, Treiber argues the wording is defensible under normal legislative-credit conventions.
