Why we used this label

The case asks whether the Border Patrol agent was justified in shooting two people in Portland. At the city's press conference on the evening of the shooting, Jama said he was outraged, angry and frustrated and told ICE to get out of the community, which sets him against the use of force. He disputed no account and discussed no facts of the shooting; his outrage is tied to the shooting by the occasion, as with Gov. Kotek's remarks at the same event. Challenged the characterization is the closest competing label; it loses because he disputes no description.
