Why we used this label

Relative to the proposition that AI agents made attempts to hack the Library and Archives Canada service, the post addresses only the outcome: it says there is no indication of compromise or data access, and that an assessment with the Cyber Centre is ongoing. It does not say whether the requests were hacking attempts or whose agents sent them. We used Minimized because it reassures on consequences while an assessment continues and treats the matter as one under review, without rejecting the proposition. This is a borderline call, because the post never mentions hacking, AI agents or the requests and reads as a response to the reports that the Cyber Centre statement it links addresses. The closest competing label is Mixed or conditional, because the conclusion is limited by "At this time" and the ongoing assessment, but a present-tense hedge alone does not make a statement conditional.
