The reference point is the conduct the State alleges against Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn: that they facilitated and concealed Epstein's sex trafficking and stand to profit from his estate. Weiner, their lawyer, says they reject the allegations and that no woman has accused them of abuse or of hearing about it, which denies the allegations.
