Ashton Forbes is an online commentator and host of the Hard Truths podcast. His podcast and livestreams cover UFOs, alleged classified technology and politics.
Case
Commentators including Kyle Seraphin suggested that Alexis Wilkins, Kash Patel's fiancee, is a Mossad "honeypot." She denies it and sued three of them: the Schaffer suit was dismissed and he retracted, one was dismissed on jurisdiction and one is pending.
Role at the time: Online commentator and host of Hard Truths
Response to this claim
Wilkins's complaint against Seraphin says she "is not now and never has been an agent for any intelligence agency" and "has never set foot in Israel."
“I will have no connection to these people making up fake crap.”
The reference point is the proposition that Alexis Wilkins is, or was, a foreign intelligence agent, specifically an Israeli or Mossad "honeypot" in a relationship with Kash Patel to compromise him. Forbes calls what Schaffer and others said made up, which rejects the accusation, but his reply does not state what the accusation is or say that Wilkins is not an agent; the claim is named only in the post he replies to. We used Challenged the characterization, as we did for Wilkins's own July 2025 post and Laura Loomer's reply. The closest competing label is Denied, and it is close. It loses because "fake crap" refers to unstated accusations. Evidence level: his own reply on X.
