Alina Habba is an American lawyer who represented Donald Trump as a personal attorney. In his second term she served as counselor to the president and then as interim and acting U.S. attorney for the District of New Jersey from March 2025 until courts ruled her appointment invalid, after which she became a senior adviser to the attorney general.
Alina Habba told Trump that Ric Grenell never deposited a Kennedy Center donation from her husband, Turhan Mildon, Axios reported. Grenell calls it an absurd claim and denies sending a text that offered Mildon access to Trump.
