Rob BontaCalifornia attorney general

Condemned

Bonta calls the ruling a major victory and calls the administration's efforts to take away healthcare cruel.

“People with serious illnesses or disabilities should not have to worry about losing their healthcare because of work requirements or related barriers. That’s not what Congress intended, and despite the Trump Administration’s cruel attempts to rip away healthcare from those in need, that’s not what the court held today.”
