Liberman denies using losses to target customers
Paul LibermanDraftKings co-founder and president of operations at the hearing
Liberman tells Louisiana regulators that DraftKings does not target customers or segments on the basis of their losses. He argues that most customers spend more than they win, making loss alone an unhelpful targeting distinction.
“But we don’t use that, once again, to target in any way a particular customer or customer segment because we don’t think that that’s relevant.”
