Why we used this label

The reference point is use of the 2025 map in the 2026 general election. Bell welcomes the Supreme Court's ruling as protecting Missourians and says the redistricting was Trump's request and not the people's, which condemns the effort to use the map. The closest competing label, “Mixed or conditional”, loses because he attaches no condition.
