Why we used this label

The reference point is Eric Deters's allegation that Kimberly Guilfoyle, shortly before her July 2025 Senate confirmation hearing, asked him to pay her $100,000 American Express bill while offering to help him reach senior Trump administration officials. Condemned: asked about the allegations, Trump says "we didn't like what we were reading" and that she "will not be there", expressing disapproval of the reported conduct and backing her removal. He does not say whether the reports are accurate. The closest competing label is Mixed or conditional; it loses because his remark that she "was doing a good job" concerns her work in Greece, not the conduct described in the reports.

Why we used this label

The matter under scrutiny is how Zacharia described her legal qualifications. Trump says her bar result probably would not have mattered because he did not hire her as a lawyer, which plays down the issue. He does not address whether her descriptions of herself were accurate.
