Read on 2026-09-19 through api.fxtwitter.com and api.vxtwitter.com, which return the same full text; X's syndication endpoint truncates long-form posts after "the United States," but its author, timestamp (21:57:58 UTC) and opening text agree, the timestamp also decodes from the post ID, and the syndication record shows the post was never edited. The account is Landry's personal-brand account, not the state's official governor account (@LAGovJeffLandry, linked from gov.louisiana.gov).
