Relative to that accounting, Duckworth expresses that the published figure of 18 is wrong and that the Pentagon hid four more deaths, which the label guide treats as an allegation that the count is incomplete; the figure of 22 and the word "killed" are her own framing, firmer than the Post's report of at least 22 or 23 from anonymous officials.
