Linda Stein asked Manganaro about the war in an interview about his campaign for Pennsylvania's 5th congressional district. He acknowledged that Iran's weakened condition could explain the timing of an attack, but criticized preparations and the risk to civilians. He hoped the war would end quickly and Iranian people would gain freedom.
