Response to this claim
Kyle Seraphin said on his podcast on August 22, 2025 that FBI Director Kash Patel "has had his own little 'honeypot' issue" and that Patel's girlfriend, Alexis Wilkins, is "a former Mossad agent in what is like the equivalent of their NSA," according to the transcript quoted in Wilkins's complaint and in the court's order denying his motion to dismiss.
“On the surface, Alexis's meteoric rise is a true "American Dream." But is that all there is to her? … I feel like there's more going on here. … Now go catch up on how Ashley St. Clair might be an israeli honeypot operation:”
Post 13 of Parker's thread. It raises questions about Wilkins's career and says "I feel like there's more going on here" without stating a conclusion.
Archived copy (opens in a new tab)Why we used this label
The reference point is the proposition that Alexis Wilkins is, or was, a foreign intelligence agent, specifically an Israeli or Mossad "honeypot" in a relationship with Kash Patel to compromise him. Parker's thread raises the idea through questions, a list of her supposed "Ties to Intelligence" and a closing link to a thread suggesting another woman was an Israeli "honeypot," but it never states the proposition, so its meaning depends on reading the posts together. We used Mixed or conditional for that reason. The closest competing label is Condemned, which Wilkins's complaint effectively argues for by reading the thread as calling her a honeypot. It loses because the thread states no conclusion about her, and we do not attribute an assertion that the speaker did not make. Evidence level: the posts themselves, read on X on October 5, 2026.
